Make sure the concert tickets you buy aren’t fake. That’s what a Los Angeles County Supervisor is warning people.
Zev Yaroslavsky provided some tips for the public before they buy any tickets to outstanding summer concerts.
Yaroslavsky worked with the Los Angeles Department of Consumer Affairs advising fans to buy tickets directly from the venue box office or primary ticketing company to ensure that they are legitimate.
It’s also important to pay with credit card, so you can stop payment in case of a dispute about the tickets.
Ticketmaster has also warned fans against showing off newly purchased tickets on social media. They say photos of ticket stubs is “the perfect way for scalpers to rip these tickets right off you.”
So now it’s just as important to protect your concert tickets from online thieves as it is all your personal financial information. So be extra cautious and make sure you don’t miss any of your favorite performers.
Excellent piece, i did read it twice so sorry for that,
i’ve passed it on to my associates, so with a bit of luck they will get pleasure from it as well.
